This project included -

Building and Carpentry

• Removing existing bathroom suite
• Breaking concrete and digging down for installation of wet room former
• Digging down and making alterations to the below ground waste pipework
• Filling back in and making good
• Self-levelling the entire floor area
• Erecting studwork to accommodate new pipework
• Insulate studwork and roof space above bathroom
• Fitting new bathroom accessories

Plumbing

• Removing existing plumbing items
• Renewing pipework to suit new positions of bathroom items
• Making alterations to the position of the incoming water main
• Installing new and existing bathroom items in new positions, including -
• Basin
• Radiator
• Mixer shower
• Fixed panel shower screen

Tiling

• Waterproofing shower area with a tanking kit
• Tiling the walls and floor with large porcelain tiles

Electrics

• Removing all existing electrical items
• Installing new wiring to suit new positions
• Installing new and existing items in new positions including -
• Electric underfloor heat matting with programmer
• Electric towel radiator with programmer
• Suitable waterproof light
• Bathroom fan - terminating through slate roof

Plastering

• Plaster boarding all walls and ceiling
• Skimming entire ceiling area  

Painting

• Painting ceiling with a white bathroom paint
